Minimalism phase 1

1.) Minimalism in photography is when there is one main focus in a photo, a simple background. Minimalist photographs should possess simplicity throughout the entirety of the image.

2.)
What I found compelling about this image was that it showed a bright background that was still simple with a simple light as the focus of the photo.
 What I found compelling about this photo was the fact that even with the lighting of the sky, the photographer was still able to keep this photo very minimalistic and had the broken dock as the focal point.

 What I found compelling about this photo was the brightness of the image, it shows that minimalism in photography doesn't have to be neutral colors, but that it can have bright colors and still be simplistic.
