The steps were simple and it worked, but it did not create the same effect that it did on the example. This can't be applied to any image, if you want the orange and teal look, you have to have certain colors in your photos. Although it was easy to follow along with the steps, it was difficult to get the same look. This effect can be applied to any image but you will need to play around with the highlights and lowlights of the image so you can get a similar effect. Original

I)  This semester I feel that the quality of my work was not as strong as I would have preferred. The quality of my work was only okay but I definitely believe that I could have put much more effort in and made my work better. In my actual images I believe they could have been composed much better and I should have payed more attention to lighting and where the focus of the image should have been. Fulfilling the assignments and the quality of the subject matter wasn't as much of a problem. There were assignments that I could have taken a step further and made them stronger but overall I don't feel as though staying on the objective of the assignment was a problem. This semester I did well with updating my index prints and having them be the correct number of photos. Keeping proper format and resolution was not a problem for me in the first semester. This next semester I will get better at completing assignments on time and making sure that they are uploaded to my blog when grad...
